YOGA + CHILL EVENING SESSIONS ROTATING EACH WEEK:
Sound Journey - relax to the vibrations of the crystal sound bowls
Guided Meditation - find a moment to turn inwards
Restorative Yoga - very mellow, supported by props, highly relaxing
Yoga Nidra - yogic sleep, deep rest
LIMITED SPACES - Contact me for next dates
For those who really enjoy savasana (relaxation) at the end of a yoga session, these classes are of two halves: very mellow yoga (yin, restorative); and deep relaxation, guided meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep/ deep rest). Then drift off home and have the best sleep you ever had!
£25 per session / £30 for soundbath

Open class sessions are more dynamic and will explore a gradually evolving theme over the course of a term. We will build strength, stamina and skills while maintaining space in the joints. We will deepen the breath and focus inward, becoming more aware of the inner environment and our response to it. All are welcome, modifications will be given for injuries and for the variations in body make-up / anatomy / experience that we all have.
£22.50 per session / £120 block of 6
